Any order that is delivered to the customer. Cancelled orders before dispatch are not counted against your per-order fee.

How does the GMV fee work?
We charge a small percentage of the total value of fulfilled orders. This is materially below typical marketplace commissions (15–30%) and aligns our incentives with your growth.

Launch includes 2 core integrations (POS/KDS + payments). Zone Pro supports up to 5. Network and Enterprise support unlimited integrations including custom connectors.
